We needed a way to keep track of each individual that walked through our door AND manage the services we provided them. We had no effective way to help our employees maximize their time and energy. WebTools was the first software product we created to fix this problem -- on a shoestring budget, of course. Since the first generation of WebTools, we’ve been able to develop the robust program that is dataTRAQ. One of the features we rely on most is the Daily Activity Report (DAR), which lets us track our activity in 15-minute increments. This allows us to electronically generate our invoices and allocate salaries based on actual work.
